Trostel’s Greenbriar Restaurant is independently owned and operated by Paul Trostel.

Opening in February 1987, the Greenbriar is a fine dining experience that is sure to be memorable. If you’re celebrating a special occasion, our white tablecloths, linen napkins and fresh red roses on the tables set the perfect mood.
